UNIQUE APPROACH
Change is about culture, behavior, and mindset. We bring a mindset that helps build the skills and motivate the team toward strategic goals.

• IT services for business analysis, implementation, and software deployment.
• Coach business owners how to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
• Project Management and DevOps for migration to Microsoft 365.

We can all help others get online with hardware and software and teach them how to access technology.

Connecticut is addressing the issue of digital equity to help us all get online. Yes, poverty is a factor; also consider those with disabilities and veterans. Of course, some barriers are age, literacy, and fear of privacy or even trusting someone to advise those who want and need technology.

We know shopping, communication with family and friends, and personal business are the top three reasons we use our devices. However, for others, just getting access to public services is a challenge. More and more, we are asking users to apply for their state and federal needs online.

This is where all of us technical professionals can help our state.

SBACoach Consulting is an organization that helps users purchase hardware, software, and internet services to match their aptitude and requirements. We are one of many IT professionals available to help Connecticut residents get online.

Ask any IT professional that is looking for work. High probability they want to help.

Claude AI

Similar to Co-Pilot, Claude has a Free version. This is the result when prompted for an example of a Cash Flow spreadsheet: AI Generated Cash Flow table code which when pasted to a new page, looks like this: Cash Flow Code for New Page and then to prompt to produce a handout for  Cash Flow training explanation. The other option would be to use Claude for Teams. This is the paid for version.

Here is another example of how Claude can create an interactive graph to demonstrate how many years your retirement savings will last given current rates. The calculations use the present value of annuity formula to determine how much you can withdraw annually while accounting for the fact that your money is growing at 2% but inflation is eating away at 3%, resulting in a real decline of 1% per year. This gives you a more realistic view of sustainable retirement withdrawals.

Claude can also be used to explore a rule-breaking business model. Here is an example of how the Business Model Canvas would look for Fractional Sourcing intermediary which is the same as a forum to find and match buyers of skills and sellers of labor, just as in the case of a Fractional C-Suite sourcing model. Here, let’s see if this looks right: Business Model Canvas

Here are the Generative AI products that I suggest you try: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM. Have fun and remember to only use what you want to share with the entire world because once online, it is for all to see.
